Meet The Owner
Micah Barbee, founder of Drip MB Hydration and Wellness, PLLC. Is a Registered Nurse, Originally from Durham, NC, graduate from North Carolina Central University. She has years of experience and a diverse background in pediatric specialties to general adult medicine working at Trauma I and II hospitals as well as primary care. “It has been my greatest passion throughout my career to make my clients feel their best selves through health and wellness. Here at Drip MB Hydration and Wellness, we realize that “living your best life” requires a little help sometimes, so Drip with us and our experienced healthcare professionals will help you achieve your optimal health and wellness goals faster”.
Our services are provided by a registered nurse certified in IV infusion administration and supervised by a Board Certified Medical Director. Our treatments are not intended to cure but are customized to enhance and improve our clients quality of life. Offering customized infusions to enhance immunity, boost energy, minimize the effects of aging and more!

Dr. Jerry Saunders is a primary care provider who specializes in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. With a PhD in Molecular Medicine, Wake Forest University and Medical training at University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He enjoys patient continuity and “Taking care of the entire Family”, serving the greater Charlotte/ Mecklenburg County area for over 6 years. His areas of expertise include chronic disease management, well care, and acute care of minor medical issues, as well as having interest in HIV and transgender care. Dr. Saunders also enjoys educating patients and trainees alike and has an extensive history of precepting healthcare professional students as well as supervising advanced care practitioners.
Meet Our Nurse
Chelsea Morris, is a Registered Critical Care Nurse, born and raised in Roanoke Rapids, NC. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she attained a degree in Exercise and Sport Science and later received her BSN via North Carolina A&T’s Accelerated Nursing Program. A previous high school math and biology teacher, co founder of Crowns Eatery, and founder of Crowns Health & Immunity, Chelsea not only brings years of critical care nursing experience, but a love for nurturing and loving people.

Meet Our Nurse
Joy Harris, is a Registered Nurse. Raised in Northern California and moved to Nashville for college. Travel Nursing brought Joy to Charlotte and she decided to call this home. The bulk of her nursing career was in pediatric intensive care before moving onto pediatric infusion and now she works as a pediatric case manager. She absolutely loves getting back into the infusion world with Drip MB! While Joy is off the clock she fosters amazing babies and kiddos in the Queen City. Aside from being a super foster mom Joy enjoys hanging out with her foster mama friends & greenway walks.

Sydney Bryan is a registered nurse. Born and raised in Tennessee. She graduated with a bachelors in Nursing in 2013 from East Tennessee State University. Since graduation, she has worked in multiple trauma facilities across the US as a travel nurse. "I am definitely an adrenaline junkie, which is why I spent so many years pursuing my career as a Trauma nurse. However, I met my husband while on a travel assignment in Rhode Island and decided to settle down in the beautiful Queen City!" Her love for nursing comes from a strong desire to connect with people on a personal level and improve their quality of life. "I am so lucky to be able to marry my skills with my passion to increase the wellbeing of all my patients at Drip MB Hydration and Wellness! When I’m not in scrubs, I can usually be found spending time with my fur babies Melvin and Rhody or trying all the new trendy brunch spots in Charlotte.”

Joe Heady is a Hoosier (Indiana) born and raised guy that travel nurses in the operating room! He has 10 years of hospital experience in the emergency room and operating room.

In my free time I love to go to car racing events, watch football (go Colts), and ride my e-bikes all around! I’m excited to meet you and give you a great experience with IV therapy and much more!”

Cayce Tate was born and raised in South Carolina. She graduated with her bachelors in nursing in 2013 from the University of South Carolina. For the past decade she has been working as a registered nurse in the emergency department. She has spent several years working as a travel nurse where she has worked and learned from some of the best hospitals and trauma centers all over the United States!

"As a nurse I have the privilege of Helping others when they are most vulnerable. I witness some of their greatest triumphs and greatest defeats. I also find it to be very rewarding that there are numerous career paths that are available within the profession. I am very excited to start a new path as a hydration nurse! When I'm not busy working I enjoy live music events, playing with my golden doodle dog named Harry & traveling to new places with friends and family!

Dena’ Davis was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina! After graduation from East Carolina University (pirate nation) she spent several years across the U.S. as a traveling RN.

"The last 7 years I settled in Northern California and now back in NC ready to start a new journey. My nursing background experience includes Adult ICU, step down, cardiac, neurology ICU, and currently a Same Day Surgery RN. I am excited to start my roots in the Charlotte area."

Meet Our Nurse
Shay Smith is a true Charlottean and graduated from Winston Salem State University in 2016! Her focus in nursing has mainly been Women’s Health and OB care, including Labor and Delivery as well as Fertility. In her spare time she loves dancing, reading, and shopping at Target or HomeGoods!
"My love for nursing continues to grow and I love the opportunity to make a difference in peoples lives, while also building connections with them individually. Im so grateful to have the opportunity to branch into the Health and Wellness side of nursing through Drip MB Hydration and Wellness!"
Meet Our Nurse
Jaime is a registered nurse raised in Waxhaw, NC just south of Charlotte. After obtaining her nursing degree from the University of South Carolina, she began her nursing career in the emergency department where she loves caring for all ages and conditions. She is so excited to join the team as a wellness nurse.
When not at work, Jaime is usually traveling to different cities, hanging out with her family/pets, eating out, working out, or watching the newest popular TV show!

Meet Our Wellness Coach
Regina Summerville, is a personal trainer with a B.S in Exercise Sports Science with years of experience working in physical therapy and chiropractor offices. She is very passionate about physical and mental well being, all while coaching her clients to make the necessary lifestyle changes to reach their wellness goals. We love her energy in supporting our clients in their weight loss journey. In her spare time she loves to cook, exercise and going on adventures with her daughter Raegan.
